TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1. All members must fulfil the required bet amount (turnover requirement) based on the maximum bonus claimed before any withdrawal can be made.

    Turnover Requirement Calculation Example: 

    Deposit = SGD 100

    100% Bonus = SGD 100

    Required Bet Amount = (SGD 100 + SGD 100 Bonus ) x 25 = SGD 5,000

2. Games that are excluded from the turnover calculations:

3. The following bet tickets are excluded from the turnover calculations:

• Draw Result
• Opposite Betting
• Voided/ Cancelled Games
• Bet place containing selections of odds (decimals < 0.5/1.50)
• Bets more than 24 numbers in roulette

4. 12PLAY reserves the right to forfeit the capital funds, bonuses, and related winnings from the customer whose bets are questionable lead to fraud. This includes to the following examples:

• Two Tier Betting
• Progression Betting

5. For all deposits and bonuses that do not fulfil the turnover rate at least one time within 30 days after the bonus is claimed, the full bonus amount and related winnings will be forfeited.
